  • 16 small vegan waffles or pancakes
  • 1 cup fresh berries (125 g)
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1 cup smoky tempeh slices or vegan sausages (160 g)
  • 1 vegan cheese ball
  • ½ cup mango chutney (130 g)
  • ½ cup raspberry chia jam (150 g)
  • ½ cup date caramel (130 g)
  • ½ cup almond butter (130 g)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegan cheese ball around half a day ahead of time and store it in the fridge.
  2. Make little vegan pancakes or heat some vegan waffles.
  3. Wash and chop your produce.
